Join special guest instructor Cindy Laneville as she teaches how to create a sweet mosaic glass chickadee. You will learn techniques to cut the glass, and to position and glue the pieces. Some experience with glass recommended.
Please note: Glass colours and design will vary. No two pieces are ever exactly the same! There will be a demonstration on how to grout but you will not be grouting during this class. All supplies, including glass, frame and grouting supplies, will be provided. We will also provide safety glasses and cutting tools for your use in class (but you can bring your own if you are more comfortable with that).
The frame is 13" square and the glass surface you will be working on is 9 3/4" square.
The class is 10:00-5:00, with a break for lunch. You may bring your own lunch (we have a fridge and microwave) or there is a great deli next door.
