Do you ship glass?
We ship glass that is maximum size of 12" by 12" or 1 square foot. We are currently in the process of listing all of our glass online as we do have a large selection of Kokomo, Wissmach, Spectrum, Oceanside, Youghiogheny, Uroboros and Van Gogh, as well as architectural glass. You can always contact us for any questions about glass at email@example.com.
Do you sell kilns?
Yes, we sell Evenheat kilns which come in a variety of sizes with many options for controllers, among other things. The Glass kilns page has more information. Please contact us for more information and a quote!
What is your refund policy?
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund for items
If you ordered an item that you want to return that has no damage or issue, you can return it within 14 days at your cost and will receive a refund, minus a restocking fee of 20% of the item's cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds for Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Do you offer classes?
We have a full schedule of stained glass, fused glass and specialty classes and workshops. Unfortunately, all classes are on pause during the lockdown.
I'm signed up for a class. How do I prepare for it?
- We will be calling everyone who has signed up for classes once we are able to reschedule everything.
- Closed-toe shoes must be worn for safety. No open-toe shoes or sandals are permitted. Also, the wearing of perfume/cologne is not permitted due to allergies.
- All required tools and safety glasses will be provided for the class. You do not have to purchase or bring any tools. After every class, the tools and safety glasses are sanitized.
- For classes such as the Beginner Stained Glass, you will be asked to come into the store before the date of your class to choose your pattern and glass.
- The temperature in the studio varies so please wear layers.
