Product Refund Policy

In store purchases: We accept returns for refund within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and in original, saleable condition. A 20% restocking fee applies.

Online purchases: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if we sent you the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 14-day return policy so please contact us immediately. If you want to return your undamaged item, you are responsible for the cost of mailing it back to us safely and a 20% restocking fee applies. As a small business, we cannot compete with the policies of big online corporations.

To start a return for damaged merchandise, you can contact us at info@stainedglassstuff.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For both in-store and online purchases: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Class Refund/Cancellation policy

We do not give refunds, reschedules or credit for classes unless we cancel it. Once you've paid for and secured a seat, it becomes unavailable and unrecoverable. Our class costs are based on instructor fees and prepared material fees. Please check your calendar carefully before signing up. Also, if you miss a class of a multi-day session, you run the risk of not being able to complete the project. We do not have the space or instructor availability to give make-up classes and we cannot be held responsible for individual circumstances. 

While many situations are unique, we are not in a position to deem one individual’s circumstances more important or less valid than another. In effort to be fair to ALL of our customers, we have to maintain a consistent policy and cannot make special exceptions for some, but not others.
