 What we ship...

We ship glass that is a maximum size of 12" by 12" or 1 square foot. We also ship the majority of our supplies. There are some exceptions such as products that don't ship in cold temperatures and products that are too long for standard shipping. 

We only ship in boxes, not envelopes. Even if you are ordering one small thing, you will still have pay the same shipping costs as it will be packaged in a box. 

Where we ship...

We ship worldwide with different shipping rates depending on where you are located. We ship out within 24 hours (except on Sundays when we are closed).
