3D Cactus **stained glass experience needed - Sat, Aug 29, 2026

Join guest instructor Sylvie Jalbert to make a beautiful 3D stained glass cactus in a pot! Sylvie is a local stained glass artist who has been featured in the Stained Glass News newsletter!

Students bring in their own pot or bowl (up to 3" in diameter) and Sylvie walks you through the steps to creating a 3D cactus with decorative solder techniques. Keep for yourself or give to someone without a garden!

Prerequisite: Recent (within 2 years) stained glass experience (cutting & soldering) is required. If you come to class with no experience, you will not be allowed to participate.
You must be confident in your skills and be able to work independently on the cutting, grinding and soldering. This class will focus on the finishing aspects -- assembling it and learning the decorative touches. . Adults 18+ only.

When: The class runs from 9:00-4:00.
