Join guest instructor Dale Keating for a two-day dynamic workshop introducing students to the art of creating twisted cane patterns and using them in a small project. Students will have the opportunity to pull the cane using a vitrigraph kiln and learn all the tricks and techniques to get consistent results. This class emphasizes the fundamentals of pattern building, combining the four basic elements, while also exploring color choices and how to showcase twisted cane in a project. Students will be working in pairs for loading and pulling the cane.
Prerequisite: Glass cutting experience is required.
When: Jun 5 & 6, 2026 from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
